Ingredients

Chinese Rhubarb (Rheum Officinale) Root & Rhizome, Shrubby Sophora (Sophora Flavescens Aiton) Root, Phellodendron (Phellodendron Amurense) Bark, Turmeric (Curcuma Longa) Rhizome, Coptis (Coptis Chinensis) Rhizome, Dong Quai (Angelica Sinensis) Root, Astragalus (Astragalus Membranaceus) Root, Hedyotis (Scleromitrion Diffusum), Sanguisorba Officinalis (Sanguisorba) Root, Chinese Licorice (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis) Root, Sichuan Aconite (Aconitum Carmichaelii) Root, Tokyo Violet (Viola Philippica), Dandelion (Taraxacum Mongolicum).


Directions

Open one sachet and dissolve contents in a large bowl with 4 cups of hot water, stirring until fully dissolved. Wait until the solution cools to room temperature before applying compress. Divide into 3–4 portions (approximately 1 cup per use) and store refrigerated for up to 5 days.

For more severe cases or larger areas, use as a bath soak using one sachet per bath.

Da Huang (Rhubarb Root and Rhizome), Ku Shen (Sophora Root), Huang Bai (Phellodendron Bark), Jiang Huang (Turmeric Rhizome), Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome), Dang Gui (Chinese Angelica Root), Huang Qi (Astragalus Root), Bai Hua She She Cao (Hedyotis Herb), Di Yu (Sanguisorba Root), Gan Cao (Licorice Root), Zhi Fu Zi (Prepared Aconite Root), Zi Hua Di Ding (Chinese Violet), Pu Gong Ying (Dandelion)

Put one herb tea bag into 5-6 cups of water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Let it cool. Remove the bag. Divide liquid into 3 parts. Pour one part into a bowl/jar and soak a small towel, gauze, or clean cloth on the affected area. Wait for the skin to dry before applying the next product. Do 1-2 times daily. Keep the rest of the tea refrigerated or make ice cubes and store in the freezer. Warm before using for the next soak.
To make in bulk, put all herbal tea bags into 15 cups of water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat, simmer for 45 minutes. Let cool. Remove the bags. Divide liquid into 5 parts. Pour one part into a bowl/jar and soak a small towel, gauze, or clean cloth on the affected area. Wait for the skin to dry before applying the next product. Do 1-2 times daily. Keep the rest of the tea refrigerated or make ice cubes and store in the freezer. Warm before using for the next soak.
